This archive begins in 2007 and ends in 2022.

The early work is about dreams, omens, myth and the reading of signs. The later work is about children, bodies, institutions and illness. It looks like several different subjects but is really only one.

Every piece here was an act of rebellion against a person or structure claiming to know better than me what my own experience meant — a manual, a diagnosis, a school, a doctor, a government, an expert. I didn’t have words for that at the time, but I do now.

Nothing has been edited. That includes the parts I would write differently if I was writing them again.
